LARGE GROUP TRAINING: 

Collectively challenging all levels of fitness with a community feel that emphasizes the importance of strength training by splitting up muscle groups to build muscle and improve body composition. 

Includes:

- 1 InBody reading per month for accountability and measured progress

Small Group Personal Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday (30 min)

- 5:45am 
- 7:30am
- 8:00am
- 8:30am
- 10:00am
- 10:30am
- 11:00am
- 11:30am

After 12:45pm by appointment only


 

Large Group Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday (45min)

- 6:45am 
- 9:00am
- 12:00pm
